The key functional aspects of the service we provide are:

• Operational activities i.e. account opening, product launches and transaction processing;
• Cash management and treasury position keeping;
• Handling of client inquiries (the nature and degree of this varies from one administered bank to another);
• Accounting and reporting, including regulatory returns, annual financial statements for publication and daily/monthly/quarterly reporting to the parent bank on a customised basis;
• Compliance services;
• Systems support services – client banks either use one of the software platforms we already use for certain of our other client banks, or provide us with their own package – we have experience of both approaches;
• Provision of local directors and of company secretarial services, including organising board meetings or management committee meetings (for a branch operation), normally on a quarterly basis;
• Interfacing with local regulators and auditors.
