Global Access account which is interest bearing and permits immediate access (subject to currency), has access to our secure internet banking facility Butterfield Online, if required. Sterling cheque books are also available on Sterling accounts.

Money Market Fixed Term Deposit for those who do not require immediate access to their funds and can commit for a specific period. These contracts are attractive as rates are closely linked to the prevailing rates in the world money markets and are operated on a tiered rate structure.

Foreign Exchange is managed through our experienced team of dealers who have direct access to international markets, enabling us to offer you a comprehensive foreign exchange service.

International Payments are available through our extensive worldwide bank correspondent network (see Downloads.pdf file – Correspondent Network).  As a SWIFT member bank (global payment system) we have the ability to pay funds on your behalf around the world quickly and securely. Foreign currency drafts are also available on request.

Statements are produced on a quarterly basis or more  frequently if required.  We can also arrange for you to receive individual transaction advices for foreign exchange, money market fixed deposit transactions, payments and funds received over your account.
